Gem Industries recognizes its responsibility as a manufacture to fully comply with all contractual provisions and customer requirements. To this end, Gem Industries has developed a Quality Assurance program following comprehensive guide lines set forth in our Quality Manual. The manual is the primary document used to establish control throughout the entire manufacturing cycle from contract bidding to end-item delivery. The Quality Manual is responsive to the requirements of MIL-I-45208A and FED-STD-368A.
Gem Industries also recognizes its responsibility concerning customer requirements in the area of Just-in-Time manufacturing. To this end, Gem Industries strives to meet the delivery (production) requirements of our customers and to supply a product that meets expectations of PRICE, DELIVERY and QUALITY.
Gem Industries personnel are qualified to assist our customers engineering needs in the the design review of projects to assure that process capabilities are achievable. And as part of our Continuous Process Improvement, Gem Industries value engineers and recommends changes to materials, processes and procedures to provide at the lowest qualified cost a product that meets the specifications and requirements of our customers.
